My perspective was forged in one of the most successful scaling stories in the EdTech/SaaS industry. During my 18-year tenure at Anthology Inc. (formerly Campus Management Corp.), I was a key contributor to a journey that saw the company grow from under ~$50M in annual revenue to over $430M, and from 200 employees to a global team of 5,000.

I was in the room as small systems evolved into enterprise engines. I’ve seen the bottlenecks that stall progress and the frameworks that unlock momentum. I served as the operations leader responsible for that $430M ARR portfolio, and to optimize client journeys for major institutions.

My mission now is to take that "big business" diagnostic rigor and make it accessible to those quiet heroes of the small business world.
